Grand Soleil 42 LC is a sailing yacht purpose-built for Blue Water cruising, emphasizing exceptional comfort, an inviting onboard experience, and high standards of performance and safety. As part of Grand Soleil's Long Cruise range, it combines spacious volumes with robust design. The yacht is a collaborative effort by naval architect Marco Lostuzzi, Nauta Design for interiors and exteriors, and Cantiere del Pardo.
This model offers versatility with two versions: one featuring a classic rollbar to maximize deck living space, and a sportier option without. Its increased hull volume provides stability, while a well-proportioned sail plan ensures performance. Maneuvering controls are efficiently arranged at the helmsman's station, with options like electric winches and a furling mainsail to simplify long trips, even with a smaller crew.
Below deck, Grand Soleil 42 LC provides two interior layouts: a standard three-cabin configuration or an optional two-cabin version, both with two bathrooms. A comfortable saloon includes a sofa that converts to a chart table. The galley is designed for comfort and ample storage, complemented by large windows that fill spaces with light, meticulously tailored for extended cruises.
