Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a marketing coordinator in a similar role (at least 1 year of experience required).
Industry Background: Background in yachting, superyachts, luxury travel, hospitality, or the marine industry is preferred.
Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of organic social media, paid social media campaigns, SEO optimisation, hashtags, reach, and engagement strategies. Strong practical knowledge of social media channels and related analytics.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, Meta, Google, SEO, and Wix.
Education: Qualification in Marketing or other industry-related certification. A Diploma in digital marketing is a big plus.
Language: Excellent English copywriting skills (additional languages are a plus).

About the Role
Social Media Management: Manage daily social media campaigns, maintain all relevant accounts, and ensure our audience is kept engaged with content in line with our brand and identity.
Copywriting: Write creative copy for use in our promotional and branding initiatives.
Website Maintenance: Upload new content to the website, create new pages, and ensure optimal social media flow.
SEO Content: Write SEO-optimised captions, hashtags, website copy, blog posts, and short-form copy for social media aligned with our branding.
Email Campaigns: Create email marketing templates aligned with our brands, and manage the respective campaigns and subscribers’ lists.
Campaign Support: Support creative and engaging marketing campaigns for yacht sales, yacht management, charters, and events.
Visual Content Creation: Assist in creating high-quality content of yachts, including photography, filming, and editing.
