Description

2007 Hanse 430e – Exceptionally Maintained | Extensive 2023–2026 Upgrades | Turn-Key Condition

We are delighted to present this outstanding 2007 Hanse 430e, a yacht of exceptional pedigree that we proudly sold new and have known throughout her life. Meticulously maintained from launch and continually upgraded regardless of cost, she represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the finest examples of this highly sought-after model.

Built with the desirable epoxy hull and designed by the renowned Judel/Vrolijk team, the Hanse 430e is celebrated for her excellent sailing performance, effortless short-handed handling and spacious, comfortable accommodation. This yacht has benefited from continuous professional maintenance and an extensive programme of recent upgrades, ensuring she is fully prepared for her next owner.

Powered by a Yanmar 4JH4-ACE diesel engine with just 1,495 hours, she has been serviced annually by authorised Yanmar engineers. The engine benefits from a new heat exchanger (2024), while the Yanmar SD50 saildrive has recently had new bellows fitted. Her Gori folding propeller has been serviced, with the original propeller retained onboard as a spare. Steering is via the renowned Jefa system, complemented by a new rudder bearing fitted in 2023, while a new Max Power bow thruster was installed in 2024 for effortless manoeuvring.

Her sailing inventory is equally impressive. The standing rigging and spreaders were completely renewed in 2024, most running rigging has been replaced, and she is equipped with a new suit of North Sails together with an A-sail in a sock in excellent condition. The performance mast, self-tacking jib arrangement, electric Lewmar primary winch, serviced headsail furler and comprehensive deck equipment make her an ideal yacht for both short-handed cruising and longer offshore passages.

Navigation and communication systems have been continually modernised and include Simrad radar, Simrad navigation displays, Simrad/B&G wind instruments, autopilot, AIS Class B, GPS, dual fixed VHF radios, handheld VHF, serviced EPIRB certified until 2031, and a Starlink satellite internet system installed in 2025.

The yacht's electrical systems has been upgraded with three service batteries (2023), Dolphin battery charger, twin solar panels with Victron Smart Solar controller, new mast wiring and new deck and steaming lights. Her systems have been thoughtfully configured for extended cruising and self-sufficiency.

Safety has clearly been a priority, with regularly serviced life raft and lifejackets, multiple fire extinguishers, fire blanket, carbon monoxide alarm, smoke detector, automatic and manual bilge pumps, sea anchor, emergency ladder, bosun's chair and a comprehensive inventory of offshore safety equipment.

The accommodation is beautifully presented and continually refreshed, featuring a serviced fridge/freezer, new Techimpex two-burner cooker with oven, new gas installation, hot and cold pressurised water, cockpit shower, fans throughout the cabins, upgraded galley finishes and an excellent level of comfort for extended cruising.

On deck, significant investment has continued with three new Lewmar deck hatches fitted in 2024, all remaining hatch seals renewed, and in 2025 the original teak deck was professionally removed, the deck faired and finished in a durable non-slip coating, creating a modern, practical and low-maintenance finish. The yacht also benefits from a custom stainless steel swim ladder, serviced electric windlass, Delta anchor with 50 metres of calibrated chain, spare stainless steel Delta anchor and a comprehensive inventory of mooring equipment.

Mechanically and structurally, she has continued to receive exceptional attention, including almost all new through-hull fittings in 2026, an upgraded oversized fuel filtration system with emergency fuel supply arrangement, and provision for future installation of a watermaker.

Included in the sale is a virtually new Highfield tender (2025) powered by a Honda 2.3hp outboard, completing an inventory that leaves little for a new owner to add.

This is not simply another Hanse 430e. It is a yacht with known provenance, having been supplied new by ourselves, professionally maintained throughout her life and extensively upgraded over recent years. She is presented in genuine sail-away condition and offers an exceptional opportunity for buyers seeking a capable cruising yacht with outstanding pedigree, reliability and equipment.

Early viewing is strongly recommended. Yachts maintained to this standard rarely become available. Vat Paid and truly ready to sail!
