We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our accounting team as an Accounts Clerk.
This role assists a manager within our accounting department with the preparation of management accounts for a number of clients. We are looking for a meticulous individual with an eye for detail and with the ability to work on their own initiative together with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year of working experience in administration.
About the Role
• Posting of invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconciliation of creditor statements
• Issuing debtors statements
• Petty cash postings and reconciliation
• Other reconciliations may be required.
• Handling various administrative tasks
• Accepting deliveries and handling receipts
• Answering and diverting calls to respective departments
• Purchasing supplies, etc
• Assisting in logistics in the various departments
• Managing and organizing office paperwork
