We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Yachting Partners Malta Ltd is a dynamic and a very active Yacht Sales & Brokerage company based in Malta. We are authorised dealers for Hanse, Moody, Dehler, Sealine, Grand Soleil and Hallberg-Rassy Yachts. Over the years we have built a solid reputation for excellent customer service.
We are looking for Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate must be able to work on own initiative and must be able to deliver exceptional customer service standards.
Main Tasks include:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing
- Replying to website live chat Requests
- Updating of company’s Website and Facebook
- General office duties
Applying candidates must be organised, computer literate, have good communication skills (both oral and written) and basic accounting knowledge. Additional training will also be provided.
