Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: • Attention to detail
• Exceptional multitasker
• English - High level
• Prior experience in a similar role (advantage)
About the Role
• Handling various administrative tasks
• Accepting deliveries and handling receipts
• Answering and diverting calls to respective departments
• Purchasing supplies, etc
• Assisting in logistics in the various departments
• Managing and organizing office paperwork
• Posting of Invoices
